All design and editing choices are made by our cartographer — using AI only as a coding assistant.

From social scientist to mapmaker

Hi, I’m Robin, the person behind Drawn to Travel .

After spending the past few years researching why we’re not doing enough to fight climate change, I now want to contribute something more tangible to help solve the problem.

With Drawn to Travel, I want to create something that inspires people to move through the world more sustainably. I love trains and travelling on them, watching the landscape roll by.

When I'm not making maps, or writing about climate politics and communication, you'll most likely find me somewhere outside, probably on a mountain.
